Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you wish to cancel after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to stop an order that has already entered processing or dispatch. This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights you may have.

Linden Avenue currently ships throughout the United Kingdom, subject to the restrictions outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Our estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days, consisting of:

Order processing: 1–2 business days.
Transit time: 3–10 business days.

Processing and transit times are calculated in business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather and incorrect address details. If your order is delayed or you have a delivery concern, please contact us at support@lindenavenue.com.
